How does Spellex for Internet Explorer work?


Spellex for Internet Explorer is specifically designed to provide powerful spell checking capabilities inside Internet Explorer. Simply click the Spellex icon on your toolbar and Spellex for Internet Explorer will automatically check the text in any form field on the current web page.


What web pages will Spellex for Internet Explorer work with?


Spellex for Internet Explorer will check the text in any HTML input field, including input boxes, text areas, and rich-text areas found on many sites across the web. Spellex for Internet Explorer will even spell check the text in your favorite Web 2.0 applications. You can spell check in forums, forms, webmail (including popular webmail sites such as Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, and Gmail), as well as online word processors and transcription programs. Do you have a similar product for the Mac?

Is there a way to place my order other than through the e-Store?


You may place your order by calling our customer service department at 800-442-9673 (813-792-7000) from 9 to 5:30 EST Monday-Friday. If you prefer to mail or fax your order, use the e-Store to add the product to your shopping cart and select the "Print Order Form" option.


Can I choose to download my purchase instead of having it shipped?


Spellex for Internet Explorer is available for immediate download from the e-Store.


What is your return policy?


All Spellex purchases are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Physical shipments have a 30-day return policy provided the product is in resalable condition. Downloads have a 10-day return policy. Shipping costs are non refundable. You must contact our customer service department at 800-442-9673 (813-792-7000) from 9 to 5:30 EST Monday-Friday to receive a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Products returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted.


Why do you offer free shipping to International locations but charge your US customers?


We offer free shipping to international locations because the import duties and taxes can add up to 30% of the total cost of the product. This prevents many people from ordering because the cost becomes unmanageable. As an incentive, we pay the freight costs with the customer still responsible for the GST and VAT charges
