What is the Software Reliance Program?
Spellex Software Reliance is a set of services and benefits that allow you to reduce your total Spellex acquisition costs, receive the latest Spellex software automatically, budget your payments annually, and extend the Spellex workplace to the home, if needed.

How can my organization benefit from the Software Reliance Program?

How much does the Software Reliance Program cost?
The Software Reliance Program is based on a percentage of the total price of each program you license from Spellex. If you are a Spell-X-Plus subscriber, you will receive a discount towards the purchase of the Software Reliance Program. To request an exact quote, please visit the Request a Quote Page.

How can I acquire the Software Reliance Program?
To receive a formal quote, simply complete our Web form at the Request a Quote Page. Software Reliance coverage begins as soon as your company accepts the terms of the Software Reliance Program Agreement.

What support do I receive with a Software Reliance Program Membership?
With Spellex Software Reliance, you will be assigned a dedicated, priority-level, senior technical support engineer and a personal Spellex account representative who you can e-mail through our priority e-mail queue or call toll-free during regular business hours.

Can anybody from my organization call for support covered by Software Reliance?
All registered Spellex users of companies with Software Reliance programs are considered Software Reliance members and are able to take advantage of the added benefits and features offered by the Spellex Software Reliance program. This includes priority resolution and deployment technical support.

When am I notified of new releases and upgrades?
As a Software Reliance Program member, your company contact will be notified of new software versions and compatibility upgrades upon their official release from Spellex Corporation.


My company is a Software Reliance Program member. Who can I contact about my membership?
You should contact your personal Spellex Account Representative that was assigned to you when you licensed your Reliance membership. You can also e-mail SoftwareReliance@spellex.com.

Do I need to be a Software Reliance member to use Spellex Software?
No. Software Reliance Program memberships are optional. Software Reliance Program memberships can be cancelled at any time if your company discontinues the use of Spellex software, or for any reason chooses to end coverage. Should you decide to cancel your membership at any time, your unused membership months will be refunded, providing you have not received any major upgrades during the coverage period.

When does my Software Reliance Membership expire?
Software Reliance Program memberships are licensed for a three year period so that your organization will have greater flexibility in managing technology expenditures by allowing you to spread payments annually. Membership payments may be made annually to distribute the costs during the duration of the agreement. Membership will expire exactly one year from the purchase date. You will normally receive a renewal notice 60 days prior to your expiration date.

What is the difference between my Software Reliance Program and my Spell-X-Plus subscription service?
Spell-X-Plus is a quarterly update subscription service that provides you with the newest terms in medicine and pharmacology. The Software Reliance Program is a set of services and benefits that are designed to reduce your Spellex acquisition costs, acquire the latest software automatically, budget your payments annually, and extend the workplace to the home, if needed.


  

Eligibility for Spellex Software Reliance benefits vary by offering and are subject to change.
