Spellex HTML Applet Technical Support

If the Spell Check Applet is installed in a sub-directory of the of the directory containing the HTML page which uses the Applet, the CODEBASE attribute should be specified in the <APPLET> tag. Early versions of the Spell Check Applet user's guide did not mention this. For example, if the Applet and its related files are located in sub-directory "spellcheck", specify the following <APPLET> tag in your HTML:
