How does Spellex for Adobe work?

Spellex for Adobe is specifically designed to provide powerful spell checking capabilities inside Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and Acrobat. Simply click the Plug-in option from the toolbar and select Spellex and Spellex for Adobe will automatically check the text in the field.

What programs will Spellex for Adobe work with?

Spellex for Adobe is compatible with versions CS1, CS2, and CS3 of Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and Acrobat. Click here to download a free trial version and see how Spellex for Adobe will work for you.

Do you have a similar product for the Mac?

At the present time, we do not carry a similar product for the Mac. To view a list of plug-in spell checkers compatible with Microsoft Office for the Mac, click here.

Will Spellex for Adobe work with the entire line of Adobe products?

Currently Spellex for Adobe only works with versions CS1, CS2, and CS3 of Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and Acrobat.

Will Spellex for Adobe work with the software I'm developing?

If you would like to add a spell checker to your application, we suggest using one of our Software Development Kits.

Is there a way to place my order other than through the e-Store?

You may place your order by calling our customer service department at 800-442-9673 (813-792-7000) from 9 to 5:30 EST Monday-Friday. If you prefer to mail or fax your order, use the e-Store to add the product to your shopping cart and select the "Print Order Form" option.

Can I choose to download my purchase instead of having it shipped?

Spellex for Adobe is available for immediate download from the e-Store.


What is your return policy?

All Spellex purchases are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Physical shipments have a 30-day return policy provided the product is in resalable condition. Downloads have a 10-day return policy. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You must contact our customer service department at 800-442-9673 (813-792-7000) from 9 to 5:30 EST Monday-Friday to receive a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Products returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted.

Why do you offer free shipping to International locations but charge your US customers?

We offer free shipping to international locations because the import duties and taxes can add up to 30% of the total cost of the product. This prevents many people from ordering because the cost becomes unmanageable. As an incentive, we pay the freight costs with the customer still responsible for the GST and VAT charges
