Why is the hotkey (e.g. F11) not activating the speller?

1. The registration period has expired and the programs has been disabled.
Verify the registration status of the program to see if it has been disabled. Locate the Spellex-Anywhere icon in the system tray and right-click on it. Select "Registration Information" to display the registration status.

2. Spellex-Anywhere is not currently running on your machine.
To verify that Spellex-Anywhere is running, locate the Spellex-Anywhere icon in the system tray (usually located in the lower right corner of your screen). If the icon is not present, then you must manually start the program. To start Spellex-Anywhere, click on the Start button (located at the lower left corner of the screen) and choose Programs>Spellex Corporation>Spellex-Anywhere.

3. The hotkey assigned to activate the speller may be in use by a different program or your keyboard has specific commands assigned to the function keys. In some cases pressing the "Fn" button allows normal actions for function keys.
